Our History

The Annadata Sukhibhava scheme was launched as a flagship initiative under Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s vision for farmer welfare. Jointly implemented with the central PM-Kisan program, it provides total annual aid of ₹20,000 per eligible farmer family, disbursed in three installments directly to bank accounts.

In 2026, the scheme reached a significant milestone with the first Kharif installment of ₹3,125 crore distributed to 46.85 lakh farmers. Each beneficiary received ₹7,000, combining state and central contributions. This phase underscored the government’s commitment to timely support, with funds credited on June 20, 2026.

Beyond financial aid, the initiative promotes natural farming for soil health and global market competitiveness, alongside technology-driven advisories and efficient procurement systems.
